BC Racing Coilovers - BMW E90/E91/E92/E93

This series is a complete kit for those who use their car for daily commuting, as well as for racing or drifting. It is a further development of the V1 series, which has now been upgraded with several improvements. For example, it has increased diameter for better cooling and unique patented locking rings.

The BC Racing BR series of coilovers, like all BC Racing coilovers, are adjustable in both height and hardness. The hardness can be adjusted in 30 different steps by turning a knob. The different settings allow you to fine tune the character of the coilovers to suit your riding style and application. Height can be adjusted by adjusting the lower attachment point on the damper as well as the rear spring adjuster. This changes the height of the car without affecting the spring rate or suspension travel, if desired.

The dampers are made in a mono-tube design with a 46mm piston in a 53mm body to maximize oil capacity. The dampers' valves are made from a special steel that is more durable than stainless steel. If it is a side mount (McPherson), the lower mounting point is always made of a heavy duty steel construction. The dampers also have several components made of T6061 aluminium to keep the weight down and increase corrosion resistance. The entire damper is coated with a two-step coating to resist corrosion.
