Manufactured in all Aluminium construction with CAD designed, flow optimised cast end tanks and optimised core design to achieve the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest pressure drop!
Worth considering is that original intercooler designed for the effect car had as original and increasing effect or hard load of car with original executement the performance is not enough. So already at high loading pressure/softwareupgrade/tuning our intercooler will give a better performance!
The original intercooler has Plastic ic tanks that can't manage higher loading pressure during longer periods that is why our intercooler gives longer durability.
A normal misunderstanding is that you can't get good cooling effect of an intercooler with this position and frontmounted intercooler / FMIC should be much better. Actually this highperformance intercooler is much better than most FMIC installations there you only have place for core package that has too small cooling area and often with blocked airsupply of bumper beam which will reduce cooling capacity even further and often cooling below the OEM intercooler are achieved.
